ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Oct. 3 -- The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities issued the following news release:
"Pedestrian crashes are 100 percent preventable," said DOT&PF Commissioner Ryan Anderson. "We need to drive these crashes to zero by working together."
