LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 5 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Oct. 4, 2023:
Last week, the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) decided that Consumers Energy Company cannot charge electric customers for some of the energy replacement costs incurred by the Company due to its unreasonable and imprudent actions.

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Oct. 5 -- The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources issued the following news on Oct. 4, 2023:
Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Secretary Cindy Adams Dunn today announced that Seth Cassell has been appointed to serve as Pennsylvania's State Forester and will lead the agency's Bureau of Forestry.
Seth Cassell, who was worked for 23 years in various positions in DCNR's Bureau of Forestry, began the position in September.
