OMAHA, Nebraska, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service issued the following news release on Sept. 27, 2023:
National Park Service (NPS) Regional Director Bert Frost announced the selection of Steve Akins today as the new superintendent of President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site in Hope, Arkansas. Akins currently serves as the Safety Manager for Interior Region 2 (Southeast Region) duty stationed in Hopkins, South Carolina.

OMAHA, Nebraska, Sept. 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release on Sept. 28, 2023:
Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Roberto Balbuena-Ignacio, 36, of Mexico, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for his involvement in a methamphetamine conspiracy. United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced Balbuena-Ignacio to 235 months' imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. Afte
