U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona: Tucson Woman Sentenced to 20 Years for Second Degree Murder
TUCSON, Arizona, Sept. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release on Sept. 29, 2023:
Yvette Naomi Garcia, 36, of Tucson, Arizona, was sentenced on Tuesday by United States District Judge Scott H. Rash to 20 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. Garcia pleaded guilty to Second Degree Murder.
