OMAHA, Nebraska, Sept. 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release on Sept. 28, 2023: Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Roberto Balbuena-Ignacio, 36, of Mexico, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for his involvement in a methamphetamine conspiracy.
