N.C. Environmental Quality Dept. Awards $34.3 Million in First of Four Rounds of Lead Service Line Replacement Funding
RALEIGH, North Carolina, Sept. 21 -- The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news release on Sept. 20, 2023:
The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality's Division of Water Infrastructure announced today that 30 communities statewide will receive more than $34 million in funding for projects to find and replace lead service lines.
