GREENVILLE, South Carolina, Sept. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina issued the following news release: Randy Kennedy, 35, of Piedmont, has pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine.
