BLM extends public comment period on proposed GridLiance West Core Upgrades Transmission Line Project
WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management issued the following news release: LAS VEGAS -- The Bureau of Land Management has extended the scoping period to gather public comments on the proposed GridLiance West Core Upgrades Transmission Line Project to upgrade the existing 155-mile single-circuit 230 kV transmission system in Clark and Nye counties to a double-circuit system of 230 kV or 500 kV.
