PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Sept. 7 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Eric G. Olshan, issued the following news release on Sept. 6, 2023: Jackie Bell pled guilty to conspiring to distribute fentanyl and heroin, and to possessing fentanyl and heroin with intent to distribute, United States Attorney Eric G.
