TUCSON, Arizona, Sept. 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release: Emma Encinas-Obregon, 34, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, was sentenced last week by United States District Judge Raner C. Collins to 45 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Encinas-Obregon pleaded guilty to Importation of Methamphetamine.
