ELKINS, West Virginia, Sept. 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release: Steven Michael Hawley, age 36, of Moorefield, West Virginia, has pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
