NCUA Prohibits 3 Individuals From Participating in Affairs of Any Federally Insured Depository Institution
ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, Sept. 1 -- The National Credit Union Administration issued the following news release on Aug. 31, 2023:
The National Credit Union Administration issued three prohibition notices in August 2023. The individuals named below are permanently prohibited from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution.

Utah A.G. Reyes Joins Coalition to Protect Children From Lewd and Obscene Behavior
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 1 -- Utah Attorney General Sean D. Reyes issued the following news on Aug. 31, 2023:
This week, Utah Attorney General Sean D. Reyes joined an 18-state coalition supporting Tennessee's defense of its Adult Entertainment Act (AEA), protecting minors from lewd and obscene behavior. A district court incorrectly ruled against the law, and the attorneys general support the appeal of that initial ruling.
