COLUMBIA, South Carolina, Aug. 19 -- The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release on Aug. 18, 2023:
Meetings over the next two weeks in Walterboro and North Augusta will look for volunteers to serve on a council that will develop and implement a plan for surface water management in the Lower Savannah-Salkehatchie River Basin.
