Iowa U.S. Attorney: Two Cass County, Iowa Residents Sentenced for Distributing Fentanyl Causing Serious Bodily Injury or Death
COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, Richard D. Westphal, issued the following news release:
Two Cass County, Iowa residents were sentenced on August 15, 2023 for conspiring to distribute fentanyl causing serious bodily injury or death.
Collin Jacob Clarken, 21, was sentenced to 252 months in prison. Colby Ray Clarken, 25, was sentenced to 240 months in prison. There is no parole in the federal system.
