COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, Richard D. Westphal, issued the following news release: Two Cass County, Iowa residents were sentenced on August 15, 2023 for conspiring to distribute fentanyl causing serious bodily injury or death.
