University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute: Lack of Housing Looms Large as Barrier to Nature-Based Jobs in Northern Wisconsin
MADISON, Wisconsin, Aug. 15 (TNSres) -- The University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute issued the following news:
A report published recently by Wisconsin Sea Grant cites a lack of housing as a major barrier to development of nature-based jobs in Wisconsin's northern tier. This includes Douglas, Ashland, Bayfield and Iron counties.

Wis. Natural Resources Dept. Concludes Investigation Into Illegal Buck Harvest in La Crosse County
LA CROSSE, Wisconsin, Aug. 15 -- The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release:
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) announced that the investigation into a 2021 illegal deer harvest has ended with a three-year revocation of the hunter's hunting and fishing privileges.
