Edwards Seeks Updates on Charles George VA Medical Center Data Breach
WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- Rep. Chuck Edwards, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release and letter on Aug. 11, 2023:
U.S. Congressman Chuck Edwards (NC-11) today called for an update from Asheville's Charles George VA Medical Center regarding the May data breach at the facility.
In a letter to the medical center's leadership, Edwards also wants to know what measures have been taken to improve the hospital's data security.
