WASHINGTON, Aug. 9 -- The House Education and the Workforce Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 118-112) on the Association Health Plans Act (H.R. 2868), which aims to amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to clarify the treatment of certain association health plans as employers.
