DEA-Miami Division: Lake City Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Distribute Methamphetamine
JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's Miami Division issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced that Austin Harper (26, Lake City) has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Harper faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.

DEA-Miami Division: Mexican Cocaine Supplier and Florida Coconspirator Sentenced to Federal Prison For Conspiracy To Distribute Cocaine
TAMPA, Florida, Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's Miami Division issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle has sentenced Juan Antonio Ortiz-Valle (54, Mexico) to six (6) years and three (3) months in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and for possession with the intent to distribute cocaine.
