JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Justice Department's Drug Enforcement Administration's Miami Division issued the following news release: United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announced that Austin Harper (26, Lake City) has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
