WASHINGTON, Aug. 1 -- The House Natural Resources Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 118-96) on a joint resolution (H.J.Res. 49) providing for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code of the rule submitted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service relating to "Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for Northern Long-Eared Bat".
