Fla. U.S. Attorney: Lake City Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Distribute Methamphetamine
JACKSONVILLE, Florida, July 29 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Roger B. Handberg, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Austin Harper (26, Lake City) has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Harper faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
