Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency: Airman Accounted for From World War II (Dickson, H.)
WASHINGTON, July 18 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency issued the following news release on July 17, 2023:
The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that U.S. Army Air Forces 1st Lt. Howard L. Dickson, 30, of Dayton, Ohio, killed during World War II, was accounted for Aug. 23, 2022.
In the summer of 1943, Dickson was assigned to the 328th Bombardment Squadron (Heavy), 93rd Bombardment Group (Heavy), 9th Air Force. On Aug. 1, 1943, the B-24

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, July 18 -- Utah Attorney General Sean D. Reyes issued the following news and letter:
Attorney General Sean D. Reyes joined a comment letter, led by the State of Tennessee, to the U.S. Environmental Protection Act (EPA) regarding two proposed regulations--the pesticide registration review for Ethylene Oxide (EtO) under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the related emissions standards promulgated under the Clean Air Act (Proposed Regulations).
