CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 8 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane E. Young, issued the following news release: A Brooklyn, New York man was indicted in connection with smuggling unauthorized immigrants across the Canadian border, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces. Abraham Hernandez, 27, was indicted on three counts of bringing in and harboring certain aliens. Hernandez will appear in federal court in Concord at a later date.
