National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws: Nevada - Governor Signs Legislation Raising Marijuana Possession Limits
CARSON CITY, Nevada, June 30 (TNSgov) -- The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws issued the following news release on June 29, 2023:
Republican Gov. Joe Lombardo has signed legislation (SB 277) into law increasing the total amount of cannabis adults may legally purchase and possess.
Provisions in the new law allow adults to legally obtain up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis flower (up from ounce) and/or up to one-quarter of an ounce of concentrates (up from one-eighth of an ounce)
