GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska, June 29 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
Acting Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Kansas City Taekuk Cho and U.S. Attorney Steven Russell announced that Jason C. Olderbak, 35, of Grand Island, was sentenced June 21 for unlawful possession of official U.S. insignia following an HSI investigation.

OMAHA, Nebraska, June 30 (TNSper) -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release:
Career prosecutor Susan T. Lehr has been named the Acting United States Attorney for the District of Nebraska to take over following the retirement of Interim United States Attorney Steven A. Russell. Lehr's appointment will be effective on July 1, 2023.
Lehr, a 1988 graduate of the Denver University College of Law, has been with the United States Attorney's Off
