N.H. U.S. Attorney: Manchester Man Pleads Guilty to Possessing With Intent to Distribute More Than 8 Pounds of Cocaine
CONCORD, New Hampshire, June 29 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane E. Young, issued the following news release:
A Manchester man pleaded guilty in federal court to possessing with intent to distribute controlled substances, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
Bryam Toribio Frias, age 24, pleaded guilty to possessing with intent to distribute controlled substances, namely, cocaine. U.S. District Court Judge Samantha Elliott scheduled sentencing for October 10, 2023.
