N.C. A.G. Stein Reaches $2.35 Million Settlement With AdoreMe and Wins Refunds for North Carolinians
RALEIGH, North Carolina, June 20 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release on June 19, 2023:
Attorney General Josh Stein announced a $2.35 million multistate settlement with AdoreMe, Inc., a lingerie retailer that primarily sells its merchandise online. Approximately 27,789 North Carolinians who currently have unused store credits are eligible for refunds ranging from $39.95 to $479.90, totaling more than $700,000 in all.
