LEXINGTON, Kentucky, June 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Carlton S. Shier IV, issued the following news release on June 1, 2023: Benjamin Norman Joseph Flanigan, 27, and Haleigh Breanne Flanigan, 27, of Lexington, were sentenced to federal prison on Thursday, by U.S. District Judge Karen K.
