WASHINGTON, June 1 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency issued the following news release on May 31, 2023: The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that U.S. Army Pfc. Billy A. DeBord, 18, of Miamisburg, Ohio, who was killed during the Korean War, was accounted for April 28, 2023.
