BLS: Job Openings Rates 7.7 Percent in Alaska and Virginia in March 2023
WASHINGTON, May 31 (TNSrep) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following document from Economics Daily:

Alaska and Virginia each had job openings rates of 7.7 percent in March 2023. Job openings rates were 7.1 percent or higher in five other states: South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, West Virginia, and North Carolina. Among these states, the number of job openings ranged from 27,000 in Alaska to 395,000 in Georgia.

N.C. U.S. Attorney: Red Ventures, LLC, MYMOVE, LLC Agree to Pay $2.75M to Resolve False Claims Act Allegations Arising From Agreements With U.S. Postal Service
CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 31 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, Dena J. King, issued the following news release:
Red Ventures, LLC and MYMOVE, LLC (together, "MYMOVE") have agreed to pay the United States $2.75 million to resolve allegations that they violated the False Claims Act by knowingly withholding funds owed to the U.S. Postal Service ("USPS") under contractual agreements connected to the USPS change of address process.
