Congressman Josh Brecheen, House Republicans Pass Resolution Overturning Biden EPA's Anti-Trucker, Anti-Consumer Emissions Standards
WASHINGTON, May 24 -- Rep. Josh Brecheen, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release:
Congressman Josh Brecheen and House Republicans passed S.J.Res. 11, a joint resolution nullifying an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rule that places draconian emissions standards for heavy-duty vehicles sold after 2027.
The EPA rule would increase the price of new trucks, place crippling regulatory costs on America's truckers, and in turn increase the cost of goods and services for consumers.
