ROCKFORD, Illinois, May 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois issued the following news release on May 16, 2023: A federal grand jury in Rockford has charged two Kentucky men with fraudulently obtaining millions of dollars from investors and customers throughout the United States, including a business in Boone County, Ill.
