CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 12 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, Kenneth L. Parker, issued the following news release on May 10, 2023: Marcus Hawkins, 35, of Cincinnati, was sentenced in U.S. District Court today to 12 months and one day in prison for COVID-19 relief fraud.
