EPA: Amendments to Stationary Sources-Emission Standards for Air Plan Approval in Fla.
WASHINGTON, May 6 -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule (40 CFR Part 52), published in the Federal Register on May 8, 2023, entitled "Air Plan Approval; Florida; Amendments to Stationary Sources-Emission Standards."
The proposed rule was issued by Region 4 Administrator Daniel Blackman.
