WASHINGTON, May 3 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency issued the following news release on May 2, 2023: The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that U.S. Army Cpl. George T. Grimes, 19, of Quinlan, Texas, who was killed during the Korean War, was accounted for Aug. 2, 2022.
