Justice Dept.: Virginia Man Pleads Guilty to Trafficking Turtles
WASHINGTON, April 25 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release: Stanlee Fazi, 41, of Louisa, Virginia, pleaded guilty in federal court in Alexandria to trafficking turtles in violation of the Lacey Act.
