Attorney General John M. Formella and Portsmouth Police Chief Mark Newport announce the initiation of an enforcement action by the Civil Rights Unit against Loren Faulkner alleging twenty-two counts of violating the New Hampshire Civil Rights Act. Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Kyle Perkins, age 30, of Concord has been indicted on additional charges of theft and Medicaid fraud in connection with fraudulent claims for non-emergency medical transportation services.

CONCORD, New Hampshire, April 28 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Chief Benjamin Sargent of the Litchfield Police Department has been found guilty of one class B misdemeanor offense of Official Oppression. The circuit court sentenced Sargent to the maximum fine of $1,200.00, plus a $288.00 penalty assessment.
