WASHINGTON, March 23 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency issued the following news release on March 22, 2023: The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that U.S. Army Air Forces 2nd Lt. Francis V. Montemurro, 25, of New York City, New York, killed during World War II, was accounted for Aug. 26, 2022. Gov. Noem and Colleagues Request E15 Emergency Waiver
PIERRE, South Dakota, March 23 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release: Governor Kristi Noem and three of her fellow governors sent a letter to EPA Administrator Regan requesting an emergency waiver to allow for E15 this summer during driving season.
