Attorney General Raul Torrez filed a motion with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (PRC) to enforce the terms of the Energy Transition Act (ETA) and protect utility ratepayers from the Public Service Company of New Mexico's (PNM) unilateral decision to delay the issuance of energy transition bonds.
