Governor Dianne Primavera partnered with state lawmakers and community members to announce a legislative package to save people money on health care and increase transparency within the healthcare system. "Coloradans are sick and tired of paying too much for health care. The cost of health care is out of control, and we need to build on previous work and take new actions to redu  more
