Governor Scott Announces Key Leadership Appointments at the Department for Children and Families
MONTPELIER, Vermont, Feb. 17 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Feb. 16, 2023:
Governor Phil Scott today announced he appointed Chris Winters, of Berlin, as commissioner of the Department for Children and Families (DCF). Winters will replace Interim Commissioner Harry Chen, M.D., who has served since October.
