WASHINGTON, Jan. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of the Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology - Bureau of Transportation Statistics issued the following news release:
U.S. airline industry (passenger and cargo airlines combined) employment increased to 784,337 workers in November 2022, 1,036 (0.13%) more workers than in October 2022 (783,301) and 36,194 (4.84%) more than in pre-pandemic November 2019 (748,143).
