International law firm McDermott Will & Emery advised the shareholders of the Lobster Group on the sale of a majority stake to FSN Capital VI in the form of a structured auction process. The transaction includes a re-investment of the former majority shareholders in the Lobster group and is subject to approval from relevant authorities. The closing is expected in the first quarter of 2023.
