W.Va. PSC to Hold Public Comment Hearings (Feb. 6)
CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 14 (TNSconf) -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following news release:
The Public Service Commission has scheduled two public comment hearings at the Jefferson County Courthouse on February 6, 2023, in Judge Hammer's Courtroom, 100 East Washington Street, Charles Town, WV.
At 5:30 p.m., the Commission will hold a public comment hearing on the proposed Rippon Solar Energy Facility. Rippon Energy proposes to construct a 99 megawatt solar
