Lucas Statement on Biden Admin's WOTUS Rule
CHEYENNE, Oklahoma, Dec. 31 -- Rep. Frank Lucas, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release on Dec. 30, 2022:
Congressman Frank Lucas (OK-03) released the following statement today after the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced a final rule revising the definition of "Waters of the United States"- or WOTUS:
