BOISE, Idaho, Dec. 23 -- The Idaho Department of Education issued the following news release: Two outstanding high school seniors will represent Idaho at the 61st annual United States Senate Youth Program in Washington D.C. They will also receive $10,000 scholarships to the college or university of their choice.
