WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule (40 CFR Part 62), published in the Federal Register on Dec. 19, 2022, entitled "Approval and Promulgation of State Plan for Designated Facilities and Pollutants: New Hampshire; 111(d)/129 Revised State Plan for Existing Large and Small Municipal Waste Combustors."
