Attorney General Peterson Announces $41 Million Settlement with CVS and Walgreens Over Opioid Epidemic Allegations
LINCOLN, Nebraska, Dec. 13 -- Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson issued the following news release on Dec. 12, 2022: Attorney General Peterson announced today that he has finalized agreements with CVS and Walgreens to bring the national amount from investigations and litigation against the pharmaceutical industry for its role in the opioid crisis to more than $50 billion. SCC Board Votes To Increase Tuition $2, Facilities Fee $2 For 2023-2024
