WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Energy issued the following news on Dec. 16, 2022:
The U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Petroleum Reserves today announced that it will start repurchasing crude oil for the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).
