WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced that it expects to award up to 10 cooperative agreements for fellowship in population and ecosystem dynamics and marine resource economics. The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The National Sea Grant College Program was enacted by the U.S. Congress in 1966 (amended in 2020, Public Law 116-221) to support leveraged federal and state partnerships that harness   more
